One
of the things I continue to see is that all small businesses
depending on where they are for growth have similar
issues. One of the best strategies there is -
is to have a plan on where you are going. I constantly
comment in the journal about "Jill" our GPS.
But all of us need a business GPS too.
The
other issue I see regularly is that small business owners
do not look at their business or corporate structure.
In other words they have never put it down on paper
what their business looks like. Thinking from the end
- as if it were a big company with all kinds of departments
is a greta way to start. Even if you wear all
the hats - a picture of what you business looks like
when it is huge is a great way to begin to see what
needs to happen to get huge!
