One of the biggest issues small business owners face is the inability to offer or own extended health care benefits.  So things like Chiropractic, prescriptions, glasses and other extras must come out of our own personal income.  In 1997 the federal government introduced a program for small business owners to enable them to get reimbursed for those kinds of things - however they must use a special government approved auditing type service to do this. 

Roaring Women will be releasing a program for all our members to enable them to be reimbursed for all their health care expenses that are not covered by their provincial programs. This will enable each business owner to receive back up to $1500 in medical expenses per person per year.  We will have all the details for you by February 14th!

Survey says that many of you (83%) have long distance phone services but most of you are paying too much for it.

85% have 1 800 numbers - ( a great idea for business) but are paying too much for that as well.  (over $100 for both)
