So much for Time Management from the self proclaimed 'Guru'! Even self proclaimed "guru's" run out of time!  Goethe said - "things  that matter most should never be at the mercy of things that matter least."  In business that is so very true.

If you ask most successful entrepreneurs they will tell you how important it is to take time to create a VISION for your company.  But many of us get caught up in the day to day little things that keep us from creating GREAT things.

Delegation is often the hardest thing to do for a small business or entrepreneur.  I know that all too well too - I mean really!  Here I am writing a newsletter - 2 days late - instead of giving it so someone to do for me!  So you see - we ALL have to learn.  And there is no perfect solution - except to be open to give away work so you can dream!

We are excited to announce the STAPLES Business Depot will be sponsoring our Coaching Coach Tour!

That's right.  Starting March 4th and 5th we will begin our Coaching Coach Tour on Vancouver Island in Duncan and then to Victoria where we will be hosting a large Charity Event on International Women's Day.  The coaching coach will be parked in various locations across Canada in STAPLES Parking lots offering free group coaching sessions.

We had run several of these last year as a 'Pilot Project' last fall and the participants were all thrilled with the great information that they received.  We will be launching the web site on February 29th so you can follow the tour - post questions, see video answers and interact with us as we cross Canada talking to Women Entrepreneurs.

Survey says that many of you (83%) have long distance phone services but most of you are paying too much for it.

85% have 1 800 numbers - ( a great idea for business) but are paying too much for that as well.  (over $100 for both)

Telephone service is one of the most expensive services that businesses pay for every month.  Communication is important - but if you are spending more on your phone bill than you r marketing - soon you will not have to answer the phone at all!
