Anne Stadnyk
Believe in What You Say
Anne Stadnyk, owner of ‘Say It Now’, prides herself in doing what her company name says. She speaks not only from knowledge of years in the, as she puts it, ‘people business’, but from her heart. When she talks the energy and enthusiasm in her voice is sincere; you can feel it in every word she utters.

When Anne talks about her son, Dave, it is especially evident. He was recruited by Feather River Junior College to join their baseball team in 2006.

The support and passion Anne puts into her son’s goal of getting into the majors began when he was 7 years of age. When it came to earning a living she looked for opportunities that would allow her the flexibility to be there for Dave; to be able to take him to games regardless of when or where.

In 1992 she became actively involved with network marketing enabling her to do just that.

Anne began honing her skills while attending the University of Winnipeg, graduating in 1975 with a BA in Psychology, followed by accepting a position as a welfare visitor for the Department of Social Services in Scarborough, Ontario.

Prior to moving to Vancouver, B.C. in 1984, she was Training and Development Manager for 5 years with The Bay Central Region and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in the Winnipeg flagship store, the first woman to ever hold that position.

After the birth of her son Anne worked as Business Development Manager for Purolator, but her strong sense of being independent; her desire to work for herself was becoming more and more evident. A neighbour approached her about an opening for a sales representative with the promo products company she worked for.

Anne accepted the position [with little knowledge of the industry] and so began her journey to where she is today. In 2002, after a year of on-the-job training, Anne decided she was at a time in her life where she had to ‘go for it’!

Her marketing objective was to create unique ways to get a prospective client’s attention. Anne chose the top ten companies in the top ten industries in B.C. to introduce [then Say It] her company. How? Very cleverly!

She filled inexpensive cooking whisks with chocolate kisses; attached a ‘kiss’ shaped card that said “We Whisk You a Merry Kissmas”. Anne’s foot was in the door, she got their attention!

Anne is in her 4th year of creating marketing solutions for her clients. Evolving into ‘Say It Now’ she utilizes her networking connections as a tool to bring business owners together for mutual benefit; companies promoting each other’s services. Her expertise in understanding and knowing what her clients are looking for has resulted in a new genre of promotion.

“My focus,” Anne says, “is to provide the best service [the kind that is hard to find today] to my customers because I take my time to know my customers and what is important to them, not me. Trust and integrity are at the top of the list, I want my customers to have peace of mind.”

Anne’s ultimate goal is to help others achieve their dreams; to help people and organizations find funding that is so vitally needed. To that end Anne says, “I’m entering the next phase of my business growth by expanding my staff to achieve that.”

Peace of mind, fun and energy is what ‘Say It Now’ is based upon. It’s what Anne Stadnyk strives for and strongly believes in. The support and passion for her son’s success crosses over into her business naturally.

Anne inspires not only her clients, but those close to her to achieve their full potential for greatness. Simply put, Say It Now and believe in what you say.
