Maureen Tazzioli
Results are her driving force

Since 2001, this passionate, professional speaker, coach and trainer has shown executives and employees how to harness their hidden strengths and lead happier, more productive lives. How does this married mother of two teenagers do it? Maureen has walked the walk with humour.

“I should have been voted least likely to succeed,” says Maureen who battled Ulcerative Colitis for 8 years, while managing injuries from a car accident. She credits courage, determination and faith in her survival and healthy lifestyle, which now miraculously includes cycling and running. For six years Maureen remains symptom-free but never forgets the suffering.

“I have dedicated myself to helping others overcome obstacles.”

Her thriving business, ReZults Matter, is built upon hard won lessons while working in retail, corporations, education and banking. Testimonials abound from companies that appreciated Maureen’s successful tips and techniques for putting common decency and respect back in the workplace and customer service. All sessions are results-oriented and 100 per cent customized to fulfil Maureen’s promise of ‘Making What Matters – HAPPEN!’

“It’s evident today that people feel like a number in a company,” observes Maureen. “It is time we acknowledged individual strengths in people.”

Maureen’s amazing knack for translating her wisdom into humorous, insightful instruction has made her a sought-after speaker at conventions and conferences across North America.

The seeds of insight were sown early during Maureen’s childhood, which was spent helping others and volunteering in her native Regina, where she resides today.

“I learned we all need each other and need to feel valued,” says Maureen who offers customized coaching under intriguing topics like, ‘Women Executives are People Too’, ‘Workplace Spirituality’, ‘How Volunteering Can Save Your Life’,
‘10 Steps to Excellency’, and ‘Promoting Positive Decisions For Today's Young Women ’ (11 to 18 years old).

Maureen returned to university to upgrade her skills and later, in 2002, won a speaking competition granting her an opportunity to showcase her life’s passion. Maureen became a contributing author in a book series, and pens her own weekly newsletter. Her articles and inspirational poems are widely published.

“As a writer I speak from the heart,” says Maureen whose personal philosophy is, ‘Being Human...Living Real®.’

Audiences relate to Maureen because she is approachable and down to earth. Business women specifically identify with her struggle as a risk taker to develop a company and charge forward with an entrepreneurial spirit.

“The biggest challenge women executives face is realizing they are women first,” comments Maureen. “After having to be twice as good to get ahead, smart children and perfect homes, many are afraid to express who they really are. They feel separated from their authentic selves.”

During confidential group and individual coaching, Maureen advises women to invest more time into themselves rather than letting the job define who they are. The results translate into balanced, happier people.

“Success is nothing in business without anyone to share it with,” says the woman who accepts only those speaking engagements that fit with her family’s schedule.

It is family first for this inspirational woman and words she happily lives by.
