We send out a release that we have prepared for you (or prepared by another professional and approved by us) to all the appropriate media outlets in Canada or the US.

Although distribution is National - we will only distribute to appropriate media personnel.

We will research an produce a full list of media outlets and send it to you in excel so that you can contact the appropriate media contact with your release.  This is a current list- updated weekly
