Will I need a business plan?
Absolutely! Every business owner should have a business plan. It is a roadmap that identifies where you
are going, your expectations of income, your marketing strategies, your competition, supply and demand
and where your customers will come from. The good news is we have a template for you to use, and a
process that will help you with building a solid plan that will raise your chances of obtaining a loan.
Why must I have the business plan reviewed?
We have an expert review your plan because quite simply, your business plan is YOUR ROADMAP. Before you
begin wouldn't it be nice to know where problems may arise, and why your loan application may not be
successful - AND have the opportunity to revise it before you proceed. We will not accept any
applications without a business plan review.
Is there a cost to having the business plan reviewed?
The cost to having the business plan reviewed is $135.00 and includes a 10 minute phone call with our expert
who will explain if there are any changes that need to be made.
How much will applying for a loan cost me?
There will be no cost to you if we are not successful in getting a loan in place for you. The initial
application fee will be refunded in full. Loan application costs are based on the size of the loan you
are applying for. This will cover all the administrative work and the search for the loan that we will
take care of for you. Fees begin as low as $500.00
How long is the application process?
The application may take one week - to several weeks depending on the amount of work needed to complete
your business plan and application. To get the right loan for you - we must ensure that everything is done
correctly.

These charges are our only charges. There are no hidden fees. Any additonal fees from the lending institution
