Coaching with a twist
Many coaching strategies are built around the idea that you have all the answers you need - and will question you and encourage you to find your own answers. (similar to counseling)
Our vision is somewhat different. Our coaches are trained to help you better understand what you want from your business and they will help you find the answers you need - whether it be around marketing or administration of your business.
In fact many of our coaches have given away great ideas that have helped business owners find their vision or become un-stuck!
The coaching involves two one hour private coaching sessions, follow-up activities and correspondence by email during the month.
What type of 'Coaching' is available?
Coaching sessions take place twice a month and are an hour in length for each session. In addition to the coaching sessions, the coach will often provide resources, workshops, assessments, trusted referrals and 'homework'.
If you are not ready for intense one on one coaching - there are also peer mentor/coaching/advisory boards (ROAR Boards) that can be combined with coaching.
