Roaring Women Coaching Certification

This NEW program has been developed with the expertise of successful marketers, strategic coaches, mentors, life coaches and business advisors.  The training is intense and designed for people interested in raising the success rate of business owners across the globe.

Roaring Women Certified Coaches will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the ROAR Boards in their area and will also be given coaching clients according to demand.  Each coach will act as a contractor to Roaring Women Ltd. and will be compensated according to the numbers and level of training that they achieve. Each Coach will be responsible for their own equipment and training costs.  Training will be provided at a reduced rate in order to assist financially.

Our Coaching Training is DIFFERENT!

Unlike other licenses to deliver branded content, we do not have expensive fees in order to become a Certified Roaring Women Coach.  Many programs require $10,000 start-up fees and yearly renewal fees of up to $5,000 in order to deliver the content and act under the licensing system.  We are not looking for people to BUY into a program where there is no requirement to meet standards.  We are looking for dedicated people who truly want to help other businesses - and they will be compensated fairly for it.

Coaches Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly training to ROAR Board Members
  • Attend all monthly training provided for their own growth
  • Facilitate discussion/problem solving at all meetings
  • One on One Coaching as required
  • Provide written reports on progress of ROAR Board Members
  • Optionally run Quarterly Networking Events

Pre-requisites

We have specific requirements for Certified Coaching Applicants.  Applicants must meet the following:

  • Have run a successful and profitable business for 5 years
  • Be willing to travel to receive their certification
  • Be personable
  • Commit to attending on going training via webinars
  • Have a computer with Microsoft Office 2003 or higher
  • Own a Power Point projector  (special packages will be made available for purchase if equipment is needed)
  • Be commited to excellence

All interested parties please download application here.  Compensation for Roaring Women Certified Coaches is fair and equitable will be discussed during interviews and presented in contract format upon the applicants acceptance into the program.  Level 2 Coaches could easily be making a full time income with part time hours.

Training will take place at a pre-determined location in Calgary Alberta.  In person training will take 6 full days and there will also be additional online training required.
