Loan Brokers Act
This is a very important document that outlines the law, your rights
as a consumer and our obligations under law as it pertains to loans
and loan brokering.
It is also important that all applicants understand that the brokers are
Harris Crawford Financial Group and that we are not a bank, neither
are we a financial institution under the definition of any act of parliament.
Our sole function is to find an appropriate lender for applicants where
possible and when this has been achieved to receive a set payment for
that service. If a loan has been secured - the fee applies even if the
