    We currently have openings for Regional Directors across Canada and the USA

    Roaring Women offers networking, learning and connection opportunities through local Chapter meetings.  These meetings are organized and hosted by trained and qualified Regional Directors - women  who operate their own successful businesses.

    Our Regional Directors are licensees with the ability to earn an income while helping others. Our structured training program will position you for success as a leader and business expert in your community - and a valued team member with Roaring Women.

    Do you qualify?  

    We are looking for women committed to excellence, leadership, mentorship and learning -  who want to work with a team of like minded women supporting other women in business! We are looking for women who understand that business is changing - and are ready to lead the change as part of a dynamic team.  If this is you we encourage you to carefully complete the application on this page and follow the directions in the email response!

    Duties

    As a licensed Regional Director you will be expected to:
    • organize, promote and run local meetings
    • encourage and assist women to find the resources they need to support them in business and personal growth
    • help the local Roaring Women coach set up and run ROAR Boards
    • attend all training and administrative calls for Regional Directors

    Compensation

    As a licensee, there is a comprehensive compensation structure that is commiserate with your ability to grow the chapter and run successful meetings.  Only you can limit your ability to earn!

    Regional Director Training Program

    We have a leadership training program that ensures you have all the tools you need to be a part of our fantastic team!

    In addition to the monthly meetings, Regional Directors in Training receive two 30-minute one-on-one sessions with Fiona each month.

    Roaring Women is building a strong leadership team to help women achieve their business goals. These calls provide Regional Directors with tools and information to succeed in their own business and training for succeeding as Regional Directors.

    Our twelve month Regional Director training program is designed to ensure you are ready to build a profitable chapter that contributes to your income - and makes the world a better place at the same time.

    Cost of training program:

    Applications for Regional Director include full training and one year in licensed area.  Total fee $1099.00

    Initial application fee is $500.00 with balance due after application is accepted.  This fee covers your training and any supplies you will need.
